Glynnie has ridden for many years having previously ridden and competed in the UK. Since moving to the USA, Glynnie has continued competing successfully within Western Dressage with American Quarter horses.
Glynnie and her partner, Ronnie own a number of talented horses which most compete at World Championship level. Val (Bonita Lights) Glynnie’s main horse, was bred by an extremely well-known cutting and reined cow horse breeder in Texas, Danny Motes. Val has competed at 4 Western Dressage World Championships and come home with 4 World Titles at different levels. A recent addition to Glynnie’s impressive competition record includes great results at the WDAA World Championship Show this year. Glynnie brought home a Buckle with Val and came away with a winning score of 82.17% on her partner’s horse Rio (Tapt Outta Cash) in one class which earned the Amateur High Point overall for the show and a Reserve World title. Rio is by the famous stallion Metallic Cat out of a prolific dam, Tapt Twice whose offspring have won in excess of $1,500,000 in the show pen.
